Tickets valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Hamilton Zoo is open every day (closed Christmas Day) from 9:30AM to 4:30PM. Final admission is 3:30PM. Children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of eligibility will be required on entry for seniors 65+, community services card holders and students. Standard Hamilton Zoo entry fee applies in addition to the price of the Animal Encounter. All participants must be over the age of 5 years old. Children 5-15 years of age must have an accompanying adult (booked and paid) with them on the encounter. There must be at least one adult per every three children. Terms and conditions apply.

Treat your family and friends to an unforgettable time at the zoo! You can choose from a day ticket or an Animal Encounter. To purchase a gift voucher, select the voucher amount you wish to give and then enter this amount in the 'choose your own value' field and complete the payment process.
For multiple tickets, complete each purchase separately to receive individual codes. If you buy all tickets in one transaction, you will only get one code for all tickets.
If you want to gift an Animal Encounter but don’t have a specific date in mind, enter the value of the encounter as the voucher amount and finalise your payment. The entry fee is not included in the Animal Encounter price.
