You have 90 days from the purchase date to redeem your annual pass at Hamilton Zoo. The annual pass is valid for one year from the redemption date.

Hamilton Zoo is open every day (closed Christmas Day) from 9:30AM to 4:30PM. Final admission is 3:30PM. Children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of eligibility will be required on entry for seniors 65+, community services card holders and students.
