Is your pass about to expire? No need to worry - renewing your pass is easy!
You can renew your pass in person at our reception desk during your next visit or renew online via our website.
You can renew your pass online by visiting our Buy Tickets page. Simply select the pass you wish to renew and make your payment. After completing the purchase, you will receive a unique code via email. Please bring this code with you on your next visit to the Zoo and show it to our reception staff who will then re-activate your pass for you.

Conditions of use
- Annual Passes are a personal membership for the person/people listed at the time of application.
- Annual Passes are not transferable to other people.
- Annual Passes are not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- ID photos will be taken and attached to your membership. Photos are electronically stored at the Hamilton Zoo Reception.
- All Annual Passes expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Card must be presented to receive card benefits.
- Hamilton Zoo Annual Passes are valid for admission to Hamilton Zoo only.
- A fee of $5NZD will be charged for all replacement cards issued.
