Grey parrots are famous for their ability to mimic human speech and other noises in their environment. They communicate with each other through high-pitched screams and whistles.

Grey parrots only have one mate and together they are caring and protective parents. Gathering together in large flocks to sleep together but preferring to spend time in smaller groups or pairs during the day.
