- Online tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (expiry date indicated on ticket).
- All tickets purchased online require the visitor to produce the ticket unique code on arrival at the Zoo. This code will be included in the email confirmation sent to the email address nominated by the visitor at the time of purchase and upon successful completion of the transaction.
- Online admission tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered.
- Existing online tickets may be upgraded for a higher value, but not a lower value. The visitor must pay the difference between the ticket values (e.g. upgrading a child ticket to an adult ticket).
- If a cardholders ticket was paid for, a valid form of ID is required to be presented on entry. If ID is not provided, an upgrade may need to be purchased.
- Group booking concession rate requires a minimum of 10 tickets to be purchased at one time. For any cardholder tickets included in the group booking, a valid form of ID is required to be presented on entry. If ID is not provided, an upgrade may need to be purchased.
