Path closed for a 'fix up'

Zoo News - Posted 15 February 2018

path closed warning sign k2 4286

To make sure our paths are in tip top shape, they undergo regular maintenance. Right now it's the path and board walk between the chimps and siamang that is closed.

The path will be closed for around eight weeks so if you're visiting during this time, please take note of the following:

  • The chimp bridge and the chimp house are OPEN and accessible from the top path only. You will enter the bridge, and exit the bridge the same way.

  • The siamang enclosure is accessible from the bottom path only.

  • If you're doing a siamang encounter, the meeting point will be at the entrance of the siamang bridge.

  • The fishing cat will not be viewable while the path is closed.

Check out the map to plan your visit.
