FREE* DISCOVERY TRAIL ADVENTURE

Grab an activity sheet and set the kids off to learn more about conservation and have a great time doing it!

We've joined with Department of Conservation, Waikato Raupatu River Trust, Hamilton Halo, Project Echo and the Waikato Environment Centre to create a fun discovery trail. 

Head around the zoo, answer the questions, solve the clues and crack the code. There's goodie bags and ice blocks up for grabs. 

Fun games and activities for the kids AND face painting!

 

NATIVE FACE2FACE ENCOUNTER

A unique opportunity to our tuatara up close. Only one encounter available, time to be confirmed on the day. $15 per person with 10% going to the Hamilton Zoo Conservation Fund.

FREE* WEKA WALK KEEPER TALK 

Take a quick tour through the Weka Walk with a keeper to meet and learn about our Weka Walk natives - the North Island weka, kea, geckos, skinks and reptiles. 

 

RIDE THE BUS AND SAVE! EVERY DAY DURING CONSERVATION WEEK

Get 25% off zoo admission simply by leaving the car at home and riding the bus to the zoo. Discount applies to standard admission fees when riding the dinsdale public bus to the zoo 1-8 November 2015. Present your ticket to reception to receive the discount.
